Fees for use of the Islesford Neighborhood House

Public activities held to benefit the public, $50 per day.
Private use by community members, $100 per day.
Private use by individuals from outside the community, $200 per day.
Commercial activities, $200 per day.
Table Rental, $5 per day for use off INHA property.
Chair Rental, $1 per day for 4 chairs for use off INHA property.

1. Fees may be waived by any trustee in consultation with the Board of Trustees.
2. Commercial activities, that is, activities which are held for financial profit, may be treated as “Public Activities” at the discretion of the Board when such activities are of cultural benefit to the community.
3. A $50 cleaning deposit may be collected, at the discretion of the trustee who schedules the event.
4. A fee of $25 per day may be collected for the use of heat in the winter.
5. A fee of $50 per day may be collected to have to water turned on in the winter.
